How to Buy

EXISTING CUSTOMERS: If you have placed a phone or web order with us previously, please feel free to log-in to your online account as an 'Existing Member' using your email address and previously nominated password. Should you have forgotten your log-in information, please email calor@wholesalewinesdirect.com.au for confirmation.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: Please find a step-by-step guide on how to online order below. Should you require any assistance while placing your order, please contact 03 9374 4445 for technical support.

Please note that you will first have to compile your order into your shopping cart in order to create your account. You may create your account once proceeding through to the check out.

SELECTING YOUR PRODUCT:

All products are sub-headed across the top of the homepage and are all listed alphabetically within these headings. alternatively, you may search for a product by entering a keyword into the basic search box located at the top right of the screen. Should you prefer to conduct an advanced search, please leave the basic search box blank and hit enter. You will then be taken to the advanced search screen where you may search for products based on winery,region, vintage or variety.

Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, select the "more" toggle beside the product which will take you into an information screen offering tasting notes where you can enter the quantity you wish to purchase.

(Please note if you wish to purchase a straight dozen of a particular product, the quantity to be entered is 12. We allow mixed dozens also, however all orders are to be made up of multiples of 12)

Revise the quantity you would like to purchase and select the buy now toggle once again. You will then be taken to your shopping cart to confirm the item has been added.

Please select the "update quantity" button after entering a new item to the shopping cart as to ensure the item is retained for purchase. If you wish to purchase another product, please select the "keep shopping" toggle and repeat this process or alternatively, you may proceed to the checkout.

CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT: Once you have selected your products and proceeded to the checkout, you will be asked if you are a current member. Please select no and you will then be prompted to fill in the required Registration Fields. At the bottom of this page, you will be asked to enter your nominated log-in details for future orders, being your current email address and a password of your choosing. Once this form is complete, please select next.

From here you will be taken to the Shipping Information page which will confirm the delivery details provided, along with the cost of your order. Please ensure the address provided is correct and that you are satisfied with the total cost of your order. If so, please select next once again.

Please take the time to read our Delivery Guidelines prior to accepting them. Once the Delivery Guidelines have been accepted, you will then be prompted for your payment information.

Please fill this out as required and once the order has been submitted via our highly secure online order form, a confirmation will be displayed on the screen and a copy of the invoice will be on forwarded to your nominated email address for your records. 

*Please note that we opt not keep a record of our customer personal payment information. Your credit card details are encrypted after each order placed ensuring the highest level of security for your peace of mind.

FUTURE ORDERS: To place another order, simply compile the items into your shopping cart as carried out above, press the checkout button once you ready to proceed and you will then be able to log in as an existing member.

You will then be prompted for a user name and password to log-in with. Your user name is your full email address and your password is that which you specified when filling out your registration details on your first order with us.
